Marriott to begin construction in first quarter

Four construction of a history of SF-72000, 117-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Fayetreville CMN’s Business Park is expected to begin some time during the first quarter of 2004, said Curtis Wegner Memphis, one of three developers the project. CMN is located near the Northwest Arkansas Mall.
